My Story…

Hiya!

My name is Elyce Billany and I am a small town Midwesterner. I actually have ZERO design background and this all started with a random idea I had when on vacation with my husband. The first idea came to me while I was struggling to pull up my one piece for the hundredth time in a dirty beach bathroom in Jamaica. I love the look of one piece swimsuits, but I thought there has to be a better way! After I couldn't find any solution for my bathroom dilemma I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a one piece swimsuit that offers removability without losing the fashion that women love!

I found an experienced and reputable manufacturer in New York and have worked with them to ensure that our suits are made with the finest quality fabric and offer women a swimsuit that washes well and maintains its shape and colorful vibrancy.

During the process of designing and bringing to life “the Byoot Suit” I learned SO much! I struggled with many things along my journey, but so far I have been able to use those struggles as a way to make my designs and company even better. My story started with adding buttons to a swimsuit, so buttons to me represent a whole new life that I have embarked on. They are increasingly symbolic to not only going after what I love, but trying to enjoy the ups as well as the downs that life brings.

Byoót Company’s mission is to bring together love and fashion in a byootiful way. And that’s what I intend to do! Stay tuned for more to come, because I love this little company and I can’t wait to see what it turns into! :)
